Bases legals de la promoció “Enquesta Ges” de Ribs
L’entitat mercantil FOODSTATION, S.L., (d’ara endavant, “RIBS”), amb CIF número B-82264241, domiciliada al c/ Cerdanya, núm. 10-12, pl. 7, Sant Cugat, Barcelona, CP 08173, inscrita en el Registre Mercantil de Barcelona, com a entitat organitzadora, titular dels drets d’ús de la marca denominada RIBS, farà una promoció anomenada “ENQUESTA GES”, amb la finalitat de conèixer l’opinió del consumidor sobre els restaurants de la marca, en les condicions detallades a les clàusules d’aquestes bases.
Primera.- àmbit territorial
Aquesta promoció és du a terme en tot el territori de l‘Estat espanyol (Península).
Segona.- període promocional
El període promocional serà des del 6 d’abril del 2021 fins al 31 de desembre de 2024, ambdós inclosos
Tercera.- Mecànica de participació i restaurants adherits
La campanya ENQUESTA GES porta associada una promoció: responent a l’enquesta, el client té dret a gaudir d’uns NachosPulledPork gratis pel consum mínim de 25 € i sempre que compleixi els següents requisits:
- Per a participar-hi només caldrà que l’usuari faci i empleni l’enquesta GES allotjada a http://miexperienciaribs.com. En acabar l’enquesta, l’usuari rebrà un codi promocional que li donarà accés a la promoció.
- Per gaudir de la promoció, l’usuari haurà de presentar aquest codi promocional a qualsevol restaurant el qual ha valorat a l’enquesta, acompanyat del tiquet de caixa.
El codi promocional té una validesa de trenta (30) dies a comptar des de 24 hores després de la data de la seva emissió. - Aquesta promoció es durà a terme en els restaurants RIBS propis i franquiciats ubicats a Espanya i que es detallen a la pàgina web de Ribs: http://ribs.es/ca/restaurants.
Queden exclosos de la promoció els restaurants Ribs ubicats en aeroports, estacions d’AVE i tren, i altres concessionàries, Ribs Bilbao, Ribs Majadahonda, Ribs Plaza Mar, Ribs Diagonal Mar, RibsMegapark i RibsNassica. Aquesta promoció no és acumulable a altres descomptes i/o promocions.
Quarta.- Acceptació d’aquestes bases legals
La participació a la promoció suposa l’acceptació en la seva totalitat d’aquestes bases legals, que podran ser consultades pels participants a la secció BASES LEGALS de la pàgina web de RIBS: www.ribs.es/ca/miexperiencia
La participació en aquesta promoció implica l’acceptació d’aquestes bases legals per part dels participants i el criteri dels organitzadors per a la resolució de qualsevol incidència.
Cinquena.- Diversos
Promoció no acumulable a altres ofertes o descomptes.
L’empresa es reserva el dret a modificar, suspendre, cancel•lar o ampliar aquesta promoció, sense que això suposi un deure d’indemnització de cap tipus.
Així mateix, es reserva la facultat d’adoptar totes les mesures que resultin oportunes per evitar qualsevol conducta que tingui com a finalitat actuar en frau d’aquesta promoció, la primera i immediata conseqüència de la qual serà l’exclusió del participant.
Els participants en aquesta promoció renuncien expressament al fur que els pugui correspondre, sotmetent-se expressament als Jutjats i Tribunals de Barcelona capital, per a qualsevol qüestió litigiosa derivada d’aquesta promoció.
Terms of the "encuesta ges" offer by ribs
The company FOODSTATION S.L. (hereinafter, “RIBS”), with tax id number (CIF) B-82694241 and registered offices in C/ Cerdanya, nº10-12, Plta 7, Sant Cugat, Barcelona, C.P. 08173, listed in the Barcelona Business Registry, as the organising entity, and owner of the rights to use the RIBS trademark, will hold a promotional offer called “ENCUESTA GES” for the purpose of determining consumers’ opinions about the company’s restaurants, subject to the conditions detailed in the clauses of these terms.
One - territorial scope
This campaign is taking place in all of Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands).
TWO - CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The campaign will last from April, 6th 2021 until December, 31st 2024 (both inclusive).
THREE - METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
The campaign ENCUESTA GES (GES SURVEY) has associated a promotion: responding to the survey the client has the right to enjoy free Nachos Pulled Pork for the minimum consumption of € 25 and as long as it complies with the following requirements:
- To participate, it will only be necessary for the user to fill in the GES survey hosted at http://miexperienciaribs.com. At the end of the survey, the user will receive a promotional code that will give access to the promotion.
- To enjoy the promotion, the user must present this promotional code at any Ribs restaurant, accompanied with the consumption ticket. The code is valid for thirty (30) days from the day after (24 hours) it is issued.
- The promotion will be developed in any Ribs self-owned or franchisee restaurant sited in Spain and which are detailed on the Ribs website: http://ribs.es/restaurantes.
The following restaurants are excluded from the promotion: Restaurants located in Airports, train stations and other licensed locations, Ribs Bilbao, Ribs Majadahonda, Ribs Plaza Mar, Ribs Diagonal Mar, Ribs Megapark y Ribs Nassica. Promos can’t be combined.
Four - acceptance of these terms
Taking part in the offer implies acceptance of these terms in full. Participants can read them in the TERMS section of the RIBS website: www.ribs.es/miexperiencia
Taking part in this offer implies acceptance of these terms by the participants, as well as of the organiser’s decision when settling any disputes.
Five - miscellaneous
Offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or expand this offer. This shall not entitle users to any compensation.
The company also reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems appropriate to avoid any conduct whose purpose is to defraud the organiser of this offer, the first and immediate consequence of which shall be the ineligibility of the participant.
Participants in this offer expressly agree that any legal claims or litigation that may arise from this offer shall be brought solely in the courts of the city of Barcelona, and they consent.
